We mix the products of the earth: Italian wheat flours, organic and natural, water and low acidity extra virgin olive oil. We favor fresh, certified and excellent quality ingredients.
All our products are absolutely free of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), preservatives and additives. Selected with care and attention, our raw materials are produced in compliance with the laws and regulations in force on hygiene and health.
In authentic respect of the Panaria tradition, we mix our ingredients exclusively with the addition of mother yeast and we wait for the natural leavening times for their maturation.
