The history of our company begins in 1874, when the small family-run business was born; the principles of organic agriculture and respect for the wine heritage are the two pillars on which we have been building our work for twenty years.
We cultivate about 4 hectares of arable land and 4 hectares of vineyards, 3 of which are Malvasia Istriana. This vineyard, which boasts 50-year-old plants, is the protagonist of our single wine, refermented in bottle wine without degorgement which rests on the lees for 18 months before being marketed.
