Biamiata was born in 2012 after the choice of the " Podere Bioamiata" structure to eliminate the zootechnical and breeding sector.
The Podere Bioamiata had, in fact, up until then been a pig breeding vocation and consequently also the transformation of the meat in excellent cured meats. Based on the continuity and pursuit of the same techniques of production of cured meats products with Cinta Senese breed animals, with only natural ingredients without preservatives or additives and without lactose or gluten.
Biamiata's commitment is centered on the revaluation and protection of the species, and on the search for absolute quality in the final product, obtained both at the level of the selection of the garments and through craftsmanship and ancient wisdom.
But it is nature, our main ally for the entire production cycle, the only "added ingredient" capable of enhancing the flavor of our products.
