We are a family from Barberà de la Conca , who work and live in the village. Agriculture and winemaking have helped us to give continuity to the cultivation of the family lands. The biodynamic agriculture we practice has allowed us to unite our feelings with the land and to understand that wine must be sincere with its particularities that make it unique.
At CARLANIA CELLER we work with the conviction that a great wine can only be made from the best vineyards.
We carry out phytosanitary treatments only with sulfur and use horsetail, nettle puree, sherry, and other surface treatments that leave no residue of any kind. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or inorganic fertilizers.
We make our own compound where we apply the biodynamic preparations and follow the lunar calendar to do the field and winery work. We carry out pruning in green, destemmed and harvested in green, (that is to say, elimination of the grapes in excess)
