Graduated in chemistry and from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust via the School of Wine and Spirits in Paris, I put all my knowledge and my passion to create my liqueurs.
The maceration is unprecedented and requires certain crucial steps, and follows a unique process that gives this atypical color and very pronounced aromas to the delight of your taste buds.
Whether it is organic verbena from the south of France, genepi from our Alps or lemon from Menton, each sip will transport you. The plants and fruits that we macerate are almost all from organic farming.
L'EAU D'AIX OUR PARTNER
All our liqueurs are made exclusively from natural mineral water from Aix-les-Bains, thanks to our partner, each glass you drink is a source of history.
Indeed, this water is drawn from more than 500m deep, and its transit from the impluvium on the Chambotte massif to its source takes 70 years!
It is therefore a privilege to be able to manufacture our liqueurs with this very pure water, without nitrate and neutral ph.
