The quality of this organic oil is the result of an optimal microclimate for the best growth conditions and fertility of the trees grown organically, the harvest respects the right degree of ripeness and finally the milling with a continuous cycle cold extracted by 12 noon. hours from harvest, it gives an intense fruity flavor guaranteeing the organoleptic qualities and the content of antioxidants, vitamins and very high polyphenols unaltered.
