We are a small artisanal producer, dedicated to hand-crafting some of the most exquisite virgin nut & seed oils, and an extensive complementary collection of innovative fresh fruit pulp vinegars.
Our story began in 2004 at the site of our beautifully renovated mill, Moulin de Vernessin. It’s here that we unite a perfect balance of traditional production methods with the latest technology using our awardwinning, state of the art pressing equipment. This unique combination of new with old, allows us to create products with authentic flavour and exceptional purity and quality.
