Little Donkey began his journey in 2014 in the area of historic Marathon, about 35 km northeast of Athens. The idea of producing 100% natural food, mainly based on Greek beekeeping products, without additives and preservatives , came from Angeliki Paparadi and Michalis Xylouris.
Nowadays, Little Donkey is a small-scale family business with a contemporary food production plant certified by HACCP & ISO 22000 and FDA-approved.
Our insistence on high quality and the application of environmentally friendly production practices result in the production of foods that are of high quality and nutritional value.
Our patience in the search for ingredients all around Greece resulted in the finding of creditable and trustworthy farmers who respect their finalized products and strive to make Greek farming excellent.
Our product range includes monofloral Greek honeys, honey and nuts spreads, honey and tahini spreads, pollen muesli with superfoods, infused honeys with essential oils, enriched honeys with Mediterranean superfoods, honey and olive oil marinades, nut snacks with honey, defatted nut flours and cacao powder drink with honey. Our products have been awarded with several quality awards.
Little Donkey insists on bringing out Greek products that are 100% natural, using honey that is exclusively produced in Greece as well as using production methods that are environmentally friendly.
