A few steps south of Bordeaux, a path that leads to the forest, a large green square, horses, cows, sheep… An old stone farmhouse, then, on the stony hillsides, the vines. A favorite which becomes our place of life, the barn becomes our cellar.

Our work in the cellar is entirely manual and quite natural:
destemming and sorting of the grapes in a wicker basket,
crushing by hand and by foot
fermentation of indigenous yeasts.
Aging in 750-liter terracotta amphorae,
some 300-liter barrels.
No sticking or filtration.
