In our traditional farmhouse, we have rehabilitated an old beet house as a pasta making workshop, facing the meadow which houses our mascot Edmond the pig (whose silhouette we find in our pasta "the farm"), accompanied by his acolytes the hens, sheep and goat! This is where we came up with the idea of combining two flavors to create unique pasta. With our family and our friends as test guinea pigs, we have mixed natural tastes, and invented a range of gourmet pasta. Tomato-Basil, Lemon-Rosemary, Garlic-Parsley, Pumpkin-Chestnut, Pepper-Charcoal.
Our pasta is the result of a short circuit: we sow durum wheat on our land, we harvest it ourselves, then once processed in a nearby mill, we make the pasta.
