Méditerranée Sauvage lets you discover the local fishing products at the rhythm of the seasons. In 2019, we are a total of 250 artisanal fishermen who are members of the SA.THO.AN Producers Organization. We sail the coasts and the open sea of the Gulf of Lion on so-called “small trades” vessels of less than 18 meters and coastal trawlers of 18 to 25 meters to supply our auctions in Sète, Agde, Grau du Roi or Port-La. -News.

New product line:
To support small-scale coastal fishing (trips of less than 24 hours not far from the coast), we have developed cooked products throughout the Mediterranean Savage, which highlight the products of our coast. Among the many species fished, some are well known and others, with abundant stocks, are unknown to the general public.
This year, in order to help people discover these forgotten species, we have created a range of natural cooked products from our kitchens in Sète, combining products from the Mediterranean Sea and the flavors of our region. All our products are certified Sustainable Fishing and South of France, our vegetables and spices are from organic farming. Two of our flagship products are recognized as Protected Geographical Indication (Mackerel rillettes with lemon from Menton and Octopus tapas from Occitanie - pink garlic from Lautrec). Concerned about the environment, we have packaged all our products in reusable glass jars and the labels are made from recycled paper.
To guarantee the quality and freshness of our products, from fisherman to consumer, there are no industrial intermediaries!
