Our is a dream that came to life in 2018, in the small village of Borgo Pace, located in the central Apennines. Here, the two streams of Meta and Auro come together to form the Metauro river.
Metauro’s clear and rich water is the main ingredient to cultivate our wheat, our natural gold. Here comes our project: to instill the love for our land by bringing the quality of our local products to your tables.
Our brand is young, but our experience relies on a twenty-year activity in the catering and baking industry. Now we are ready to bring a new excellence to your table: Pasta di Borgo Pace. A high-quality product, healthy and genuine: naturally good. A bronze die pasta, dried at low temperature for over 20 hours with innovative machines that recreate the traditional open-air ventilation system, fundamental for the pasta’s degree of elasticity and for its organoleptic properties.
Pasta di Borgo Pace is made from durum wheat semolina produced by our local manufacturer and stone-ground to preserve the wheat germ. All of this makes our recipe special. Water and Wheat. Purely, Pasta.
