Over time I realized that realizing healthy food and wine, only with fertile land respecting nature, was a very important thing for man. So I decided to resume my ancient and old vineyards, listening to the culture of the old farmers and the place, to make natural wine, healthy, true and without using chemical and brutal technology.
We have recovered and saved ancient, white and red native grape, most of which are cultivated only in the territory of Catselvenere. In the cellar we work with barrels than, in ancient times, used the real farmers, such as Chestnut, Cherry and Acacia made to do starting from our trees from a manufacturer of barrels in Campania. We do not make any kind of chemical it added it physical, but we only work with the skins, the wild yeasts that nature selects and its lees.
We strongly believe that providing real wines that express the whole nature of the territory, and the defenced of ecosystems.
