Created in 2018 by Jean-Marie San Martin, previous cook of Paul Bocuse, his eponymous company, propose a large range of fine products for cooking and seasoning.
After 25 years at the head of his restaurant, Jean-Marie continues his passion to create extraordinary products. They all are based on original recipes and made according to artisanal know-how.
"We use only natural products, because we believe that in the nature we can find all what's the best.
Therefore, you won't find in our products any artificial aromas or colourings, as well as any food preservatives. The list of ingredients we use is very short.
A big part of the products we use, comes directly from our region - as much as possible we work with local producers. Some of the ingredients, for example elderflower or walnuts, are collected by ourselves.
At the moment, we have in our offer many kinds of vinegars of pulp fruit and vegetable, chutneys, garlic creams, pickled walnuts and, recently launched, collection of dressings, inspired by our beautiful region Burgundy-Franche-Comte. For the last creations we have chosen the flagship products of our region and make the partnerships with well knew and recognized local producers.”
