Temi is a community created for vulnerable people living in Georgia. The focus of Temi is “to empower” and protect the residents. Farming and making wines provides a lifestyle for vulnerable people who can achieve a level of independence at Temi.
The Temi community is part of a non profit organic based community group that combines their efforts to create jobs, sense of well being, opportunities for a future, friendships and sense of family and work ethic for locally underprivileged handicapped individuals, who otherwise would be neglected by society.
There are three kinds of wine at Temi, white Rkatsiteli, dry red Saperavi and semi-sweet red Kindzmarauli. "It has to be organic in order to be in harmony with our way of life, as well as to deliver the message to the world." Their wine has organic certificate. Total production is 30,000 bottles.
We hope to make the world a better place and what better way than to show how it's done. Create opportunity for the people who need it most and good things will come to you. We welcome your interest in our wine.
