Vinegar in all its forms!
Located in the heart of a Provencal landscape between the Mediterranean Sea and the Massif de la Sainte Victoire. Our family business has been developing for a few years (January 2008) a production of vinegars with a thousand flavors.
Based on old recipes, she brought up to date this condiment already used in antiquity by the Greeks and Romans. As a true craftsman of taste, his professionalism and authenticity did the rest: a perfect blend of flavors, a refined combination of spices and fruit pulps. Original, delicious and colorful, our vinegars are made from natural fruit pulps without coloring, flavors or preservatives (except balsamics which are wine vinegars). They are used as well for dressings, sauces, seasonings and marinades as for deglazing meats, fish or vegetables, they are the ideal summer ally for your salads and barbecues. (Use with plancha or teppanyaki).
For some time now, we have also produced a range of "Chutneys", an English condiment that we have revisited to the taste of the French palate (much less spicy !!), as well as untreated salts and flowers of Camargue salts, using our vinegars. embellished with spices, porcini mushrooms and truffles to give your taste buds even more pleasure ... Finally, artisanal mustard arrived in early 2014, made from blond and brown mustard seeds (and not mustard already prepared and flavored), five different flavors. ... and new products will soon join the range as well as your plates !!
