The realization of Sourcing Europa is a passion I've long wanted to fulfill. I believe in different, sustainable, fair society, in harmony with nature and eco-responsible. We are telling the story of this producers whose philosophy is a philosophy of life, not just a branded practice. We are promoting products made by family-run estates who respect the biodiversity of the land, many worked the same soils of their land for generations.

More importantly, privilege and support the artisan and small agricultural and agri-food enterprises that live and protect their territory and stand out for the quality of their ecological management and protection. Many of our products are still hand-picked and crafted by local artisans in Europe, and most of them work without pesticides or chemicals, whether fully certified or not, they tend to be organically minded, and in many effects practice biodynamic. Products made with their own raw material or sourced from local farmers. In doing so, the artisans are stimulating the local economy, while also strengthening the homegrown.

Every time we taste food or we drink wine, we're connected to the places and the great people who make it all happen and with a heartfelt attention to those who, just like me, are living according to their ideals of respecting and preserving our ecosystem and the passion they have for their lands and heritage.
