I am an artisan wine producer. My target is to create live wines with healthy grapes. My philosophy is hand work at the vineyard and low intervention in the cellar.
I farm organically with biodynamic practices.
Work vine by vine and harvest manually in small boxes. I work with local grape varieties (xarel.lo, parellada and ull de llebre).
My region is Penedès, close to Barcelona, the biggest vine growing region in Catalonia, Spain. Mediterranean climate, marked by the proximity of the sea.
My cellar is located in a “Masia” (typical catalan country house) where wine has been produced for more than 400 years. My work at the cellar is just to put the conditions to allow the grapes become wine in a natural way
