"Brother and sister of the 4th generation of vinegrowers, we are proud and happy to take over the family house in the heart of the very specific terroir that is ours, one of the biggest meanders of the Marne. In 2016, we undertook our first harvest together ... 4 years have passed to finally present our first two cuvées !
We are a true family champagne house, authentic and passionate, and through our champagne, we are keen to share the values of simplicity and joie de vivre passed down the generations. Now committed to organic winegrowing, our aim is to let each of our growing plots express their unique character, while protecting the biodiversity of our terroir.
The grapes from each growing plot are made into wine in a container that will enhance them – be they barrels, 600l capacity oak barrels, or egg-shaped tanks in clay-concrete or enamel – enabling us to be free and creative when making our blends."
