After eating lots of instant noodles on her treks in the Himalayas, Sabrina runs into malnutrition while volunteering with street children in the Philippines. Lover of craft beer, she discovers at the bend of a brewing tank a voluminous, tempting, nutritious material (proteins, fibers and minerals), but underexploited: the distillers grains.
From this cereal by-product was born a nourishing dish and gourmet, easy to prepare, inspired by his travels and challenges of sustainable food.
Revisited ramen with a subtle toasted taste, for a gourmet and quality noodle. Firm, satiating but light on digestion. A wild, pirate and practical noodle with its seasoning included. The combination of spent grain flour (whole) and legume flour (beans) allows you to fill up with vegetable proteins and increase the consumption of fibers essential to our health.
The distillers grains are collected locally from craft breweries, before being discarded without the bath water. We enhance them in beautiful brown noodles with our integral grain flour! Our raw materials are all certified organic, mostly French and our products are made in our workshop in Romainville (93).
