Summer 2018, without a name yet, without a logo and without a roof, based solely on the love for fresh quality food, began our journey in production and our first workshop was created in New Heraklion.
Pressing on classic paths, we decided to make a series of traditional and new flavors in sauces and chutneys, a series with a lot of flavor and a lot of taste. Utilizing the unique fresh vegetables and herbs of our Greece, and marrying them sometimes with exotic fruits and sometimes with fruits and spices from all over the world, we proudly created our own SAZA.
SAZA's idea was born among the traditional recipe of mom, the memory of the fresh crimson tomato boiling in the summer at home, the secret licking of the spoon and the fragrant spices. Our philosophy is based on fresh, quality materials, handmade production and control but mainly on the love and care that goes into each jar separately. Our goal is to offer a unique tasty journey in the world, in the flavors, in the childhood, in the enjoyment, through a series of sauces and chutneys that come to make your everyday life gourmet.
